Here is a unique chance to see around the Ross Revenge a former trawler which was converted into a radio ship and has been the home of Radio Caroline since 1983. And during your visit you can take part in the recording of our Elvis Hour in one of the station’s studios. The Ross is anchored in the Blackwater River estuary leading into the North Sea. To join in the fun and climb aboard the most famous radio station in the world you must book your place NOW.
Ross Revenge is still a working vessel and it not wise to book a trip unless you are reasonably fit and agile. Unfortunately, this trip is not suitable for anyone who is partially sighted. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather and sensible footwear, not sandals. Safety briefings will be provided on the tender vessel Razorbill 3 and on the Ross. You catch the tender vessel from the Coast Road West Mercia Quay in Essex which is ten miles from Colchester.
